1. Return Process and Conditions:

  • Return requests are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Return requests are subject to the condition that the product is unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
  • Return requests should be initiated by contacting our customer service team at fioredoro2023@gmail.com 

2. Return Fee and Shipping Costs:

  • The shipping costs incurred due to product returns are to be covered by the customer.
  • Upon approval of the return, the product cost will be refunded. However, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.

3. Non-Returnable Products:

  • Personal care products with opened or used packaging for hygienic reasons are non-returnable.
  • Products specially prepared upon customer request or personalized designs are non-returnable.
  • Return conditions for promotional or discounted products are subject to the terms of the promotion.

4. Return Process:

  • After approval of the return request, the customer will be provided with information about the return process.
  • To confirm the return of your product, you must provide the tracking number to our customer service.
  • The return process will be completed within 7 business days from the date the product reaches our warehouse.
